under penalty of perjury that this/these magazine(s) will be used only for official law enforcement or

military duty  use and that the magazine(s) is/are not being purchased for direct resale. The authorized

officer/soldier also agrees to these restrictions as evidenced by the counter signature at the bottom of this letter.

For purposes of this letter, high capacity magazine are defined as a magazine having more than a ten

round capacity for the caliber of round intended for that particular magazine.

This furthermore states that the officer/soldier who is purchasing this product has not been convicted of a felony nor been arrested or convicted of a misdemeanor domestic violence act.
