Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery by the carrier. After the initial 30 days all sales are considered final. Returns are not accepted; if the product package has been opened; if the product has been used or installed; if the product was marked as a closeout or listed in the closeout section of our site; if the item was clearly marked as a non-returnable item in the product description; if the product received was found to be defective.
To start the return process contact customer service for an RMA#. RMA standards for Returned Merchandise Authorization and is used to identify a transaction. All eligible returns require an RMA#. Returns received without an RMA# will be refused. Once you have received your RMA# from customer service ship your return to;

If the return is a result of an error we made, we will reimburse/credit the customer for standard shipping and insurance costs, no restocking fee will be charged on returns of this nature.
